Following the success of The Simpsons games, Fox expanded its animated universe with Family Guy on the PSP. The game focuses on three members of the Griffin family: Peter, Stewie, and Brian, each with their own unique storyline and motivations. While their reasons differ, all three are ultimately united by one goal: to take down the evil genius Bertram.

Each character offers a distinct style of gameplay:

• Peter’s levels are classic side-scrolling beat-’em-ups. He punches, slides, and brawls his way through waves of enemies. While his missions are straightforward, they’re kept fresh with a wild arsenal of weapons—from machine guns to laser beams—as well as health and energy power-ups.

• Stewie’s stages are platform-focused, offering more variety in objectives and environments to avoid repetition. His gameplay blends combat with inventive gadgetry, staying true to his diabolical yet clever personality.

• Brian, being a dog (and not much of a fighter), relies on stealth. His missions involve sneaking past enemies, gathering intel, and retrieving items without being detected.
