This version of the game builds on the solid foundation of the original Game Boy Advance release. It keeps all the beloved extras that fans loved from the later editions, including the stunning CG opening movie, the additional bonus dungeons, a detailed bestiary, and the unlockable music player for enjoying the game’s soundtrack.
But this isn’t just a simple port. The visuals have been completely upgraded to take full advantage of modern screens, with beautifully refined graphics presented in a wide 16:9 aspect ratio. The developers also paid close attention to the details, implementing larger, easier-to-read fonts and significantly enhanced music and sound effects for a more immersive experience.
The biggest addition for returning players is a brand-new, challenging dungeon called the “Labyrinth of Time,” which adds a thrilling race against the clock.
